Our glass bead production technology and processes are based on the age-old tradition of glass beads and pearl production, which we have developed and customized for precise and bespoke applications for the pharmaceutical, industrial paints, cosmetics and chemical industries.
Raw materials (roughly squeezed balls) are mostly provided by our suppliers (glass manufacturing factories and glass product companies) before customising by custom manufacturing on our machines and moulds. Our suppliers are chosen according to the required properties of glass.
We provide a very high quality and accuracy of finished enhanced glass beads / balls processing by carefuly selecting suppliers with specialist competence in their respective skill sets.
We hold a large stock of the full range of glass beads at our main facility in Loděnice near Prague which ensures supply flexibility.
All our supplied glass and ceramic beads pass through final inspection in accordance with internal standards and international standards of quality control AQL. On request we provide the measurement protocol for our control measurements, product data sheets, safety data sheets and other specialised information according to quality standards for specific products.
