Glass beads made from soda-potash glass are widely used as a homogenization and grinding medium in the so-called inert filling of pearl mills and the mixing and homogenization of suspensions in paint manufacture.
Grinding beads are produced mainly form crystal glass with higher abrasion resistance. We produce grindigng beads to order by special glass type according to customer preference and requirements relating to higher specific gravity, colour or thermal shock resistance.

Grinding beads are used for mixing and homogenization of solutions and suspensions. A traditional use is for colour mixing in so-called bead mills. Another use is for ink production and homogenization of graphite. They are widely used in the pharmaceutical industry for the manufacture of medicines and ointments.
