As a result of an innovative method of production which significantly reduces the occurence of microbubbles in ceramic beads, 'ZS' beads have a very tight and homogeneous structure which delivers excellent results in all types of grinding in a variety of industries.
These are so-called 'sintering' ceramic beads. The exclusion of any air during the production of ceramic beads is essential to prevent microbubbles which can crack ceramic beads, destroy milling discs and sieves and mix broken pieces of ceramic beads into the product. The use of higher perfoming ceramic beads has increasingly replaced the use of cheap glass beads for this reason.
