'Z' ceramic grinding beads (Zircon silicate)
'Z' beads have a density of 3.7 g/cm3 and are used for the grinding and dispersion of materials with medium viscosity. In general these zircon-silicate beads are called “rendered” for their production technology. We can also say that these ceramic beads are used in production, when the density of grinding media from ceramic beads is precisely defined. So-called 'sintered' ceramic beads are also used with different technology.
'Z' beads are also successfully used for the milling of titanium dioxide as well as other products used in the colour industry, such as bleaching in the paper industry and milling in the production of video and audio cassettes.
